The Taber Museum tells the story of how people have lived and worked in Lycoming County from prehistoric times to the present day!
Using a combination of dioramas and local historical artifacts, the Taber Museum does a beautiful job of entertaining and educating at the same time, a tribute to the hard work and passion of the Lycoming County Historical Society.
It’s worth pointing out that The Shempp Model Train exhibit at the Taber Museum is said to be the finest collection of model trains in the United States!
Lebo Vista is a fantastic roadside scenic overlook at the southern end of the PA Grand Canyon.
Lebo Vista is located in the Lycoming County portion of the Tiadaghton State Forest.

Jacoby Falls is a popular hiking destination in the Lycoming County portion of the Loyalsock State Forest.
The 1.5 mile hike (one-way) is especially beautiful in the winter, when towering ice formations form around the falls.

The Jersey Shore Capitol Column is a war memorial constructed from one of the original six columns from the first PA Capitol building in Harrisburg, completed in 1822.
